This Privacy Policy explains how G-AI Assistant, operated by AI Global Holding, handles the limited Google user data that an account owner authorizes the service to access.
Who operates the service
G-AI Assistant is operated by AI Global Holding. Questions, privacy requests and data deletion requests may be sent to info@aiglobalholding.com.
Google data we access
G-AI Assistant receives only the read-only access expressly authorized by the Google Account owner:
- Gmail metadata, used to check and organize email information requested by the owner.
- Google Calendar data, used to identify upcoming meetings and provide reminders.
- Google Drive metadata, used to locate documents that the owner asks the service to find.
The service does not use these permissions to send email, alter calendar events or edit files.
How we use the data
Authorized Google user data is used only to provide the owner-facing features described above: checking email, reminding the owner about meetings and finding requested documents. We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes.
No sale, advertising or profiling
AI Global Holding does not sell Google user data. G-AI Assistant does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, marketing audiences or the creation of advertising profiles.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in protected cloud secret storage and are accessible only to systems and authorized personnel that require them to operate and secure the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect credentials and authorized data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely risk-free, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Service providers
Authorized data may be processed by cloud infrastructure and AI providers only where necessary to operate G-AI Assistant and deliver the owner-requested feature. Such providers act under confidentiality, security and purpose-limitation requirements and may not use the data for their own advertising, profiling or independent purposes.
Google API Limited Use
G-AI Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices and deletion
You may revoke G-AI Assistant's access at any time through your Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access prevents future access through the revoked authorization.
To request deletion of data associated with G-AI Assistant, email info@aiglobalholding.com. We may request reasonable information to verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized representative.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the service, law or security practices. The effective date above will be updated when a revision is published. If a material change affects how authorized Google user data is used, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.
