Terms of Service

Authorized use

G-AI Assistant may be used only by its owner and users expressly authorized by the owner or AI Global Holding. You must use the service lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with any instructions associated with your access.

Accounts and permissions

You may connect only an account that you own or are expressly authorized to connect. You must not connect, access, monitor or attempt to retrieve information from another person's account without their clear permission.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, maintaining accurate permissions and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

User control and external actions

G-AI Assistant may provide summaries, reminders, search results and suggested next steps. The user remains responsible for reviewing outputs and controlling all final decisions and external actions, including communications, commitments, submissions and transactions. The service should not be relied upon to act independently where confirmation is required.

Not professional advice

G-AI Assistant does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice. Outputs are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Obtain advice from a qualified professional before making decisions that require professional judgment.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, use it to violate another person's rights or law, or use it to distribute malicious, deceptive or unlawful material.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, limited, suspended or unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance, security, provider outages or technical changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability, and features may change as the service develops.

Intellectual property

G-AI Assistant, its software, design, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to AI Global Holding and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as authorized; they do not transfer ownership.

Third-party services

G-AI Assistant may depend on third-party platforms, including Google services, cloud infrastructure and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. AI Global Holding is not responsible for changes, interruptions or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account access at any time. AI Global Holding may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, breach of these Terms or discontinuation of the service. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Global Holding and its affiliates, officers, employees and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law or operating practices. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
